Eleni’s practice covers all aspects of intellectual property.

“I provide advise across a range of non-contentious and contentious matters including infringement proceedings before the Belgian courts and managing the trademark and design portfolios of clients in various industry sectors, including opposition and cancellation proceedings. I have also been involved in data protection law issues.

Having previously worked in house for a service provider in the healthcare and pharmaceuticals sector, I have deep insight into the issues impacting those industries and this has given me a clear understanding of the role IP has to play within business and how it can support commercial objectives.

I also gained experience within the European Union institutions working at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS). ”

Eleni is a member of the Benelux Association of trademark and design law (BMM), the Association des Praticiens du droit des Marques et des Modèles (APRAM) and the European Communities Trade Mark Association (ECTA).
