The Women of Wiggin female affinity group focuses on supporting female employees across the firm as well as raising awareness, both internally and externally, of issues affecting women.

Our work is chosen to reflect the firm’s efforts to support each other, our clients and our communities through mentoring, networking and training.

A key element of the Women of Wiggin’s mentoring efforts is its Lean In Circles programme, designed to give women across the firm the opportunity to share invaluable peer-to-peer support, advice and mentorship irrespective of their role in the firm or their personal circumstances. The programme is designed to provide women from different practice groups, professional services and seniority levels the opportunity to find their commonalities and share in encouraging each other to Lean In to their goals.

Women of Wiggin holds a range of networking events each year, providing fee earners at all stages of their career the opportunity to meet with like-minded peers and build their professional network.

We host a range of internal and external events to raise awareness around issues facing women and introduce skills necessary to promote equity at the firm and beyond. Issues range from women’s health to bias in AI to the challenges faced by working parents. This training is open to everyone at the firm, and at times to clients as well.
