Eleni’s practice covers all aspects of intellectual property, with a focus on trademarks and designs.

“I provide advise across a range of non-contentious and contentious matters including infringement proceedings before the Belgian courts and managing the trademark and design portfolios of clients in various industry sectors, including opposition and cancellation proceedings. I have also been involved in data protection law issues.

Having previously worked in house for a service provider in the healthcare and pharmaceuticals sector, I have deep insight into the issues impacting those industries and this has given me a clear understanding of the role IP has to play within business and how it can support commercial objectives.

I also gained experience within the European Union institutions working at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS). ”

Eleni is a member of the Benelux Association of trademark and design law (BMM) and the Association des Praticiens du droit des Marques et des Modèles (APRAM).
