Charlotte is a Belgian qualified lawyer working as an associate in the Intellectual Property team.

“I act for clients in various industries in contentious intellectual property matters, with a focus on trade mark law. I assist clients with large, international trademark portfolios, managing disputes and enforcement issues across different jurisdictions, including opposition and cancellation proceedings before the EUIPO and BOIP.”

Before joining Wiggin, I gained experience at a Belgian IP law firm, where I’ve developed comprehensive skills in client advisory services and litigation before the Belgian courts, particularly in matters related to copyright and trade mark law. I also obtained an LL.M in Intellectual property law from the University of Leuven, graduating with great distinction.”
