The Management Board of EUIPO has officially approved the first two convergence projects of EUIPO’s Strategic Plan 2025: CP13 “Trade mark applications made in bad faith”; and CP14 “Trade marks contrary to public policy or to accepted principles of morality”.
The next step will be to invite all EU intellectual property offices and user associations to express their interest in participating in Working Groups.
The CP13 and CP14 projects are part of European Cooperation Projects – ECP4: Convergence of Practices. To read EUIPO’s press release in full, click here.
