Aumair Qayum

Aumair is an intellectual property solicitor who specialises in both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters.

“I act on behalf of clients across a broad range of intellectual property disputes, including copyright, trade mark, design right and patent infringement claims. I have a particular interest in developing effective strategies to combat online infringement in an ever-changing virtual landscape.

I also advise clients on the intellectual property aspects of corporate acquisitions and commercial arrangements, with experience in drafting a myriad of agreements to commercialise and exploit intellectual property rights.

I have worked with clients across film, media, interactive entertainment, music and technology.”
