We’re delighted to have advised the founder shareholders of Beach House Pictures, one of Asia’s largest independent TV and film production companies, on the sale of a majority stake to Fremantle.

The Singapore-based company, which was founded in 2005 by producers Donovan Chan and Jocelyn Little, produces both scripted and non-scripted content with its credits including the Emmy-nominated Netflix lifestyle series Mind Your Manners and the award-winning science documentary series Evolve for Amazon Prime and Curiosity.

The Wiggin team was led by Corporate Partner, Ben Whitelock, who was primarily supported by Stephanie Burns. Wiggin’s corporate practice is widely recognised as the leading UK legal advisor in the independent TV M&A and investment market.
